In this module, we will do a deeper dive into Purpose - helping you find your purpose and incorporate it into your life - personally and professionally.
In this module, you will know about Engagement (a state of Flow) and how to use the state of flow and be more productive, creative and happy.
You will get to understand distractions and ways to avoid the same and how to use engagement (flow) effectively.
In this module, you will understand the importance of resilience specially at workplace in this ever changing, over demanding, complex lives and work places.
A deeper dive into Resilience - you will learn tools and techniques to build resilience so you can effectively handle obstacles, failures and unpredictable times.
In this module, you will learn about Compassion and Kindness at work. You will know about the role of Empathy, Cooperation and Listening at workplace.
You will learn ways to bring acts of kindness at work involving active listening, effective empathy and cooperation which will enable you to improve workplace culture and productivity.
In this module, you will have a run through of all the key lessons, tools, practices learnt in the earlier sessions and will derive a "plan of action" for putting into practice at work.
You will get an opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions about using the learnings and implementing tools and finalize your ''plan of action''.
The whole program can be delivered in one weekend. It can be opted as an alternate to the main 3 months program or as a follow up to the same. It helps to track the lessons learnt and take the journey forward.
