MODULE 3 - 'P' of PERK MODEL - PURPOSE (INTRODUCTION)

You will learn the value of living a purposeful life and its impact on all aspects of your life specially at work.

MODULE 4 - 'P' of PERK MODEL - PURPOSE (DEEPER DIVE)

In this module, we will do a deeper dive into Purpose - helping you find your purpose and incorporate it into your life - personally and professionally.

MODULE 5 - 'E' of PERK MODEL - ENGAGEMENT (INTRODUCTION)

In this module, you will know about Engagement (a state of Flow) and how to use the state of flow and be more productive, creative and happy.

MODULE 6 - 'E' of PERK MODEL - ENGAGEMENT (DEEPER DIVE)

You will get to understand distractions and ways to avoid the same and how to use engagement (flow) effectively.

MODULE 7 - 'R' of PERK MODEL - RESILIENCE (INTRODUCTION)

In this module, you will understand the importance of resilience specially at workplace in this ever changing, over demanding, complex lives and work places.

MODULE 8 - 'R' of PERK MODEL - RESILIENCE (DEEPER DIVE)

A deeper dive into Resilience - you will learn tools and techniques to build resilience so you can effectively handle obstacles, failures and unpredictable times.

MODULE 9 - 'K' of PERK MODEL - KINDNESS (INTRODUCTION)

In this module, you will learn about Compassion and Kindness at work. You will know about the role of Empathy, Cooperation and Listening at workplace.

MODULE 10 - 'K' of PERK MODEL - KINDNESS (DEEPER DIVE)

You will learn ways to bring acts of kindness at work involving active listening, effective empathy and cooperation which will enable you to improve workplace culture and productivity.

MODULE 11 - SUMMARY

In this module, you will have a run through of all the key lessons, tools, practices learnt in the earlier sessions and will derive a "plan of action" for putting into practice at work.

MODULE 12 - NEXT STEPS

You will get an opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions about using the learnings and implementing tools and finalize your ''plan of action''.

WEEKEND RETREAT

The whole program can be delivered in one weekend. It can be opted as an alternate to the main 3 months program or as a follow up to the same. It helps to track the lessons learnt and take the journey forward.

    • Friday: 2 to 5:30pm (3 hours)
    • Saturday: 8 to 6pm (9 hours)

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

Whether you opt for 12 weeks or the Weekend Retreat, you get 6 weekly follow-up sessions for 30min each.

AGENDA

  • You will share your experience using the tools and best practices learnt during the program.
  • You will discuss challenges and learn ideas to overcome the same.
  • You will share successes which others in the group or the wider audience can follow in their respective teams/businesses.
  • You will learn about the new ideas, insights and research statistics that would come out post the program.

Pick a Bonus Gift of your choice

  • 90-minute Motivational Talk : you may pick any topic and the talk can be delivered to an audience size of up to 100. This helps to create awareness to larger audience.
  • One day Meditation Retreat : It would be a one day meditation retreat of 6 hours consisting of 6 meditation sessions where people can come and go based on their schedule.
  • Meditation Recordings : The recordings are effective in improving mental health of employees contributing to better workplace culture. These can be used organization wide.
